Tooling
Aditya has an in-house state-of-the-art tool room with over 75 employees working on tool design and manufacturing. Our in-house tool manufacturing capabilities include CNC Machining, Spark Erosion, Wire-Cutting, Super Drilling and Surface Grinding.
Program Management
Aditya employs an APQP based project management process for all new product developments right from pre-sales to series production launch. We have a well-structured process with clearly defined roles for product planning, supply chain routing and engineering change management.
Testing and Validation
Aditya’s test lab is equipped with precision test equipment, data acquisition and analysis software tools to test exacting specifications. Aditya’s in-house testing center with capabilities for conducting the following product evaluations: Engineering Validation (EV), Design Validation (DV), Product Validation (PV), In-Process Testing (IP).
Manufacturing
Automation & SPM building
Aditya designs and develops assembly lines internally with closed loop feedback controlled process parameters and fully automated end-of-line testers. This offers Aditya’s clients the dual advantage of cost competitiveness and customized product quality assurance.
Lean Manufacturing
As a key supplier to various Japanese OEMs in India, Aditya has internalized the principles of lean manufacturing as laid out in the Toyota Production System. Aditya’s plants utilize lean tools like 5S audits, Kaizen schemes, Kanban pull production systems, Daily Asakai meetings, Obeya Rooms amongst others.
Vertically Integrated Processes
Almost all Aditya products comprise of an in-house manufactured content of 70% or more. This is ensured through our vertically integrated processes of stamping, molding, plating, heat treatment and fine blanking.
