Work Experience:
5-8 Years of Project Management / NPD Experience with B.E.(Mechanical) Domain
What you’ll do at Aditya:
1. Conduct the Feasibility review with the CFT team for new projects
2. Interacting with Customers and suppliers regarding inquiries, drawings, Quote, process and delivery details
3. Reviewing the Technical Drawings & feasibility proposal along with engineering to customer
4. APQP and tool development plan preparation
5. Prepare, Review and Monitor integrated project time plan from Kick off to SOP
6. Interface with customers for audits & inspections
7. To plan machines and testing equipment for new projects
Here’s what we are looking for:
1. Excellent Skills in APQP, PPAP, Team Management
2. Allocate and monitor the work to subordinates at the initial stage as per time plan
3. Identify risks and arrive mitigation plan
4. Arrive product concept in terms of QCD
5. Get project approval from Apex body through Gate Reviews
6. Coordinates transfer of significant new parts from development to production
7. Responsible for ECR [Engineering change request] changes & implementation activities
You bring to Aditya:
1. Review project steps as per NPI process
2. Product-related problems tracking & countermeasures
3. Prepare the state of build for Assy
4. Deployment of target material cost to system level to part level
5. Coordinate with cross functions to resolve critical issues
6. Managing the budget & project schedule for the program
7. Delegating project tasks to team members
8. Communicating with upper management and other stakeholder
