Key Account Manager - Sales

Work Experience:

1. Min 5+ Years of Experience in the Mechanical Industry

2. Currently working in a Tier 1 / 2 Automotive company with preferable experience in handling Tier 1 Companies & OEMs

3. Highly preferable from these companies: Stanzen, FCT, Nash Industries, Veer-O-Metals, Eigen, Fine Components, JI Industries, Rajalakshmi Stampings

What you’ll do at Aditya:

1. Independently develop business from Tier 1 + OEMS Clients

2. Key account manager to OEMs, and Tier 1 customers. Business Acquisition-RFQ Review, Costing,  Commercial quote preparation, Negotiation & Finalization of Business

3. Ensure profitability of existing business to get necessary cost impact on account of RM / Forex / Any Engineering change

Here’s what we are looking for:

1. Coordinate between CFT & Customer ensuring the above responsibilities are handled with independence, authority & accountability

2. Knowledge of Manufacturing processes like Stamping, Injection moulding etc

3. Financial knowledge to run Business models

1. Adequate knowledge of Costing for Components ( Mechanical, Moulding, Fine Blanking)

2. Pleasant personality, Good communication and presentation skills

3. Language proficiency in English, Hindi; Optional - Kannada / Tamil / Marathi
