1. Will lead a team of engineers for product design and development
2. Actively participate in problem-solving with concerned departments
3. Interact with customers & technical centres regularly
Here’s what we are looking for:
1. Knowledge in the development of DC motors for Automobile application
2. Expertise in CATIA software
3. Expertise in Design and New Product Development
You bring to Aditya:
1. Expert in understanding various methods and processes in mechanical engineering for product development knowledge gained by working in the motor industry is preferable. One of the following Permanent Magnet DC motor, BLDC motor
2. Hands-on experience with DFMEA and APQP Procedure
