Work Experience:
Min 1-3 Years Experience in Electroplating with a B.Sc(Chemistry) or B.E.(Electro Chemical) or Diploma in Surface Coating Technology
What you’ll do at Aditya:
1. Monitor Production & Quality
2. Develop & Maintain Work Instruction, and SOP Format for the Department along with the Team
3. Identify Goal setting Process & Continual Improvement To Develop the Department
4. Maintain House-Keeping Standards & Safety
5. Develop FMEA, Control Plan & APQP Documents along with the team
6. SAP Transaction in Production, Quality & Chemical Consumption
7. Identification of Training needs in Plating
8. Develop CQI-11& Execute TS-16949 Requirement
Here’s what we are looking for:
1. Understand PFMEA, Flowchart & Work Instruction
2. Good Bottom-up Communication Skills with Customers as well
3. Understand 8D & Problem Analysis
4. Understand SAP Report Profit, Inventory & Quality
5. Good Understand of QMS & System Requirements
You bring to Aditya:
1. Knowledge in Chemical Handling(TDS & MSDS) & Safety Procedure
2. Electroplating Process Knowledge, Chemical Bath Preparation
3. Plating Troubleshooting & Chemical Analysis wet & Gravimetric
4. Using the Plating experiment Using the Hull Cell technique
5. Good Knowledge of Water Recycling Process & Filtration Processes
