Work Experience:
1. Min 10-12 Years of Experience in Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance from B.E. / D.M.E Domain
2. Sound Knowledge in CNC, VMC, HMC, SPM, Grinding, Press & Assembly Lines
What you’ll do at Aditya:
1. Troubleshooting of VMC, SPM, HMC and Robotic Assembly Breakdowns
2. Finalize the scope of work for the Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) relating to maintenance activities prior to commercial negotiations on an annual basis.
3. Review the status of various documents (records of calibration, statutory & safety requirements of equipment etc) for various internal and external audits quarterly.
4. Participate in discussions as a part of CFTs to reduce repetitive breakdowns and control spare inventory monthly.
Here’s what we are looking for:
1. Monitor the adherence to the requirement of shop maintenance for making the components.
2. Responsible for calculating the MTTR, MTBF, and Why-Why of breakdowns and also defining the action related to the breakdown.
3. Handling mechanical as well as electrical breakdowns and review the breakdown maintenance reports and taking necessary actions to maximize the uptime of machines. Analyse the breakdowns and suggest counter measures.
4. Review the list of equipment and monitor adherence to the schedule for calibration for meeting statutory requirements periodically.
5. Identify the technical training needs for knowledge and skill enhancement of the team members on an annual basis and monitor adherence to the training plan quarterly.
6. Working experience of Siemens, FANUC Controllers, and Basic knowledge of PLC, Mitsubishi, Delta, and Backoff Systems.
You bring to Aditya:
1. Provide the technical inputs for spares indigenization to the Machinery Spares Purchase department to optimize maintenance costs in case of repetitive failures & high-value items work.
2. Working experience in utility system (DG, Compressor, Transformer)
3. Good Knowledge of SAP ERP Systems, Robotics and Manpower Handling
4. Drive the implementation of safety standards in the assigned maintenance areas and review.
5. Language proficiency - Hindi, English, Marathi
