What you’ll do at Aditya:
Supervising the entirety of civil engineering projects, from initial planning and design to construction, with a focus on ensuring safety, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the process.
And should be willing to travel to other units
Here’s what we are looking for:
1. Collaborating with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints. Developing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
2. Overseeing the design process, ensuring that designs meet project requirements, and comply with regulations. Reviewing and approving design drawings and specifications.
3. Supervising construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
4. Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Reviewing and approving project expenditures, change orders, and variations.
You bring to Aditya:
1. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project. Proactively addressing issues and resolving conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.
2. Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure that construction work meets specified quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conducting inspections and quality audits to identify defects and non-conformances.
3. Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, correspondence, and reports. Generating progress reports, status updates, and other project-related documentation as required
