Key Account Manager - Sales & Business Development

Work Experience:

Having 5 – 8 years of experience in the Automotive Industry with B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics qualification

What you’ll do at Aditya:

1. Independently develop business from Tier 1 + OEMS Clients

2. Key account manager to OEMs, and Tier I customers. Business Acquisition-RFQ Review, Costing, Commercial quote preparation, Negotiation & Finalization of Business

3. Ensure profitability of existing business to get necessary cost impact on account of RM / Forex / Any Engineering change

4. Coordinate between CFT & Customer ensuring the above responsibilities are handled with independence, authority & accountability

Here’s what we are looking for:

1. Costing of products and Financial modelling to arrive at sales price, EBITDA, Payback, and other financial metrics

2. Pleasant personality, Good communication and presentation skills, Knowledge of Manufacturing processes like Stamping, Injection moulding etc

3. You should have good communication in English, Kannada, Hindi and optional Marathi / Tamil.

You bring to Aditya:

1. Adequate knowledge of Costing for Components (Mechanical, Moulding, Fine Blanking)

2. Financial knowledge to run a Business Model
