Work Experience:
We are seeking a highly motivated, career-driven, and dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead our new Engineering Services Division in Bangalore. The successful candidate will spearhead the project, set up the division, identify and secure new customers, and build this business into a profitable entity within the Aditya Auto Group.
Minimum of 15 years of experience, with 10 years of experience in the automotive engineering services industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
What you’ll do at Aditya:
1. Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Engineering Services Division, aligning with the overall goals of Aditya Auto Products.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing customer relationships and connections with the premier German Engineering Services company.
3. Establish and oversee the setup of the new division, including hiring key staff, setting up infrastructure, and implementing operational processes.
4. Develop a strong customer base by building and maintaining relationships with potential clients in the automotive industry.
5. Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing team of engineers and support staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
6. Manage the division’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is achieved.
7. Continuously explore new markets and opportunities for growth, adapting strategies to meet changing industry demands.
8. Work closely with the senior management team of Aditya Auto Products and the premier German Engineering Services company to ensure alignment and synergy between the entities.

You bring to Aditya:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
