Work Experience:

Education:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering. MBA (Operations /Industrial Management) is a plus.

Experience:
15–20 years in automotive component manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role handling products like window regulators, latches, and power windows.

Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of stamping, plastic injection molding, assembly line operations, automation, and lean manufacturing.

What you’ll do at Aditya:

Responsible for the overall management and performance of the manufacturing facility producing automotive components such as window regulators, latches, and power windows. This role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring cost-effective manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, and delivering production targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork.

Here’s what we are looking for:

1. Plant Operations & Production Management
• Oversee end-to-end plant operations ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of window regulators, latches, and power windows.

2. Quality Assurance & Control
• Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO/TS/IATF 16949) and customer requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

3. People Management
• Lead, train, and motivate plant staff, including production, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams. Drive a performance-oriented culture through goal setting and regular evaluations.

4. Cost Control & Efficiency
• Drive initiatives for cost reduction through process improvement, waste elimination, and productivity enhancement.
• Monitor and control operational budgets, raw material consumption, and utility usage.

5. Maintenance & Asset Management
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of plant equipment and machinery.
• Oversee asset utilization and equipment uptime targets.

6. Safety, Health & Environment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
• Conduct regular safety audits, training sessions, and emergency drills.

7. Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (labour, environmental, safety).
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on plant performance.
