Work Experience:
a) Minimum 2+ Years of relevant Industry Experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in the Manufacturing/Automotive Industry
b) B.Com. [or] M.Com.
What you’ll do at Aditya:
a) Core accounting operations, including daily book-keeping, accounts payable, receivables, bank entries and reconciliation
b) Statutory compliance - GST, TDS, Professional tax, Coordination with Auditors for audits and with GST Consultant for GST filings.
c) Banking and cash management - Cash flow planning, bank coordination and documentation, loan EMI tracking, LC/BG documentation, vendor payment processing
d) Systems & Tools - SAP / SpineNX, Excel-based cash flow planning, MIS preparation, P&L preparation, capex processing, inventory tracking
e) Travel Expense Monitoring - Travel portal, Cab app administration, employee expense reimbursement verification and monitoring
Here’s what we are looking for:
a) Payroll and employee finance processing in the designated software.
b) Active contribution to cost control activities
c) Interaction with the group company's finance team
You bring to Aditya:
a) Working Knowledge of the Finance Module in SAP ECC / SAP HANA
b) Understanding of GST, TDS, and PF
c) Advanced Excel Skills
d) Good communication skills, written and oral
