Work Experience:
a) 4 - 8 Years of Automotive background (Tier1) handling Sales & Marketing function in a Wiring Harness related Company
b) B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical / IP Engg (Required) with MBA(Optional)
What you’ll do at Aditya:
a. Single Point Repository of KAM reports
b. Monitor the implementation of planned KAM activities
c. Teaming with other functions to ensure timely delivery, execution, and service
d. Implement monthly reporting on Key Accounts
e. Achieving the highest Customer Satisfaction as the preferred Supplier
f. Track QCD process for KAM operations
g. Co-ordination and implementation of Account-specific standard processes and tools
h. Maintain the healthiness of the Running Business by negotiating Prices and the implementation of VA/VE
i. Negotiating with Customers, FX, RM Fluctuations, Non-Indexed costs and APRs
j. Good Communication skills, Presentation skills, exposure to PM / Operations / SCM
Here’s what we are looking for:
Primary Responsibilities:
i. Business Acquisition for Wiring Harness – RFQ review, Commercial Quote preparation, Negotiation & Finalisation of business
ii. Ensure the profitability of the existing business to get the necessary cost impact on account of RM / Forex / Engg change
iii. Customer Relationship Management
Secondary Responsibilities:
i. Coordinate with PM to ensure Project deliverables are met to meet Customer expectations.
