Work Experience:
Fresher – 1 year of experience in the Automotive Industry with Diploma / B.E. / B.Sc. / B.Tech. in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / PUC / SSLC / +2 qualification
What you’ll do at Aditya:
Support production by assisting in assembly line operations and machine handling.
Learn processes including SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Contribute to quality by inspecting parts, reporting issues, and supporting testing activities.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
Grow skills through structured training, hands-on exposure, and mentorship.
