Work Experience:
Having 4+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry Design Domain with B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics qualification
What you’ll do at Aditya:
Responsible for design and development of automotive motor products including PMDC and BLDC motors. The role involves new product development, customer coordination, engineering documentation, validation support, and cross-functional project execution.
Here’s what we are looking for:
• Design and develop automotive DC / PMDC / BLDC motors.
• Create 3D models, 2D drawings, Engineering BOM & SAP BOM using CATIA.
• Support NPD, DFMEA, APQP, and validation activities.
• Handle ECRs, VAVE activities, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and testing teams.
• Participate in technical problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Interact with customers and internal technical centres.
• Support prototype development and product validation.
You bring to Aditya:
• Strong automotive motor design and development knowledge
• Expertise in CATIA software
• Experience in PMDC motor electrical & mechanical design
• Hands-on experience in DFMEA and APQP procedures
• Good understanding of automotive product development processes
• Experience in creation of 3D models, 2D drawings, Engineering BOM & SAP BOM
• Exposure to BLDC motor development
• Experience in Automotive OE / Tier-1 environment
• Knowledge of VAVE activities and ECR handling
• Exposure to DVP preparation and validation activities
• Experience in customer interaction and technical coordination
• Knowledge of SAP BOM management and engineering change processes
• Languages Known : English, Hindi, Kannada
